Amy started working with Garlick & Markison in 2014. Amy obtained Associate Degrees in Culinary Arts from Maui Community College in 2009 and Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale, AZ in 2013.
Amy is the oldest daughter of founder, Tim Markison.
